The following shipping options are available at checkout:
  • Standard — Up to 5 business days (includes Sat delivery) — $7.99 
  • Smart Ship (Best Value) — 2–3 business days — $15.00 
  • Rush — 1 business day — $34.00  
Please allow additional processing time during high-volume periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they officially arrive.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
— Waiting 24–48 hours
— Checking around your property
— Checking with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or mailrooms

Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost in transit or tracking has stopped updating, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or request additional tracking information — they'll have the most visibility into what's happening with your shipment.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Carrier claim policies and timelines may vary.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at glamfam@maraporter.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

Packages may be returned to sender due to:
— Incorrect or incomplete addresses
— Failed delivery attempts
— Refused deliveries

If your order is returned to us, our support team will contact you regarding reshipment options. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
