My iWIG™ feel a little stiff at first—will they loosen up?
Yes! The adhesive softens with wear, so they’ll feel more comfortable over time—just like breaking in a great pair of jeans. Check out our video tutorial for details on getting the perfect custom fit.
What if they’re still uncomfortable after 20 minutes?
Trim a little more and reapply. Once you’ve found your perfect fit, trace the shape onto the backing film to create a template for future pairs. Check out our video tutorial for details on getting the perfect custom fit.
The inner corners bother me. What should I do?
The corners can be tricky. Try trimming the bottom edge next to the lashes or adding a tiny dot of lash glue for extra hold. If it’s still uncomfortable, you can snip the corner completely and blend with makeup. Check out our video tutorial for details on getting the perfect custom fit.
Cleaning & Care
How do I clean my iWIG™?
Gently rub them with soapy water using your finger, then wipe with a clean, wet finger. Let them air dry. Use fingers only—no tools—and be sure not to get the lashes wet.
How should I store my iWIG™?
Always place them back on the original film backing. Storing them on other surfaces may damage the adhesive or shape.
Can I wear them in the shower or while swimming?
No. iWIG™ are not designed for water exposure. Please remove them before showering, swimming, or submerging your face.
Skin Sensitivity
Can I use iWIG™ if I have sensitive skin?
iWIG™ are made from a medical grade, skin safe material. That being said, we recommend a patch test for sensitive skin (see below). If your skin is broken, irritated, or healing, do not apply iWIG™. Stop use immediately if you notice redness, itching, burning, or irritation.
Should I do a patch test before using?
Yes. We recommend applying iWIG™ to a small area first to check for any adverse reaction before full use.
Wear & Safety
How long can I wear iWIG™?
They’re not intended for prolonged continuous wear. Always remove them before sleeping, bathing, or swimming.
Is this product medically tested?
iWIG™ are manufactured in a sterile facility from medical grade, skin safe material. However, the safety of iWIG™ has not been substantiated. Individual results may vary depending on eyelid shape and trimming adjustments.
Can I share my iWIG™ with someone else?
No. The product is non-sterile and should not be shared to avoid the risk of infection.
Extensions, Hair Loss & Materials
Can I wear iWIG™ if I have eyelash extensions?
Yes. iWIG™ are safe to wear with extensions.
What are iWIG™ made of?
It’s a secret! But rest assured—it’s medical grade and skin safe.
Can I use iWIG™ if I’ve lost all my natural lashes?
Yes. iWIG™ do not require natural eyelashes for wear and can be used even with complete hair loss.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Your eye safety is our highest priority and we ensure that every step of our manufacturing process is clean and sterile. Because of this, once a pair of iWIG™ has gone out into the world, we cannot accept returns. However, we will happily replace any products that arrive damaged. Additionally, first-time customers are eligible for a full refund on one pair as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Please Contact Us for eligible refunds or replacements.

Delivered Packages
Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they officially arrive.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
— Waiting 24–48 hours
— Checking around your property
— Checking with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or mailrooms
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the care of the shipping carrier.If your package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost in transit or tracking has stopped updating, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim or request additional tracking information — they'll have the most visibility into what's happening with your shipment.
Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Carrier claim policies and timelines may vary.
